Vero Avid 1 Carbon Fibre Folding Knife

Description

The Vero Avid 1 from Vero Engineering is a standout achievement in modern knife design—earning the prestigious Imported Folding Knife of the Year award at Blade Show Atlanta 2025. Designed by Joseph Vero, this knife embodies the precision, performance, and style that enthusiasts have come to expect from the brand, while making that excellence more accessible than ever. The Avid 1 features a 3.25″ S45VN drop point blade with a high flat grind, delivering exceptional edge retention, slicing power, and corrosion resistance. Its caged ceramic bearings ensure silky-smooth deployment, while the ceramic detent provides crisp, consistent lockup every time. This is a knife that doesn’t just perform—it performs with intent and refinement.

At its core, the Avid 1 is built for daily reliability and comfort. Its skeletonized full titanium liners reduce weight without sacrificing strength, and the titanium liner lock with steel insert offers secure lockup with long-term durability. The handle is shaped with Vero’s signature attention to ergonomics, providing a confident, natural grip for users of all hand sizes. Whether you’re a lefty or righty, the ambidextrous wire clip allows for easy, low-profile carry. With its sleek form, premium materials, and award-winning pedigree, the Avid 1 is a tool that punches well above its class—ready to become your trusted everyday companion.
