Spyderco Native 5 Blue G-10 Folding Knife

Description

The Spyderco Native 5 in Blue G-10 pairs a satin-finished 3-inch drop point blade with a lockback, made in the USA in CPM SPY27.

CPM SPY27 is a proprietary steel that Spyderco developed in partnership with steelmakers specifically for its own knives, prized for edge retention and toughness that holds up well to demanding, everyday use. Spyderco’s own signature round hole, cut directly into the blade, lets a thumb deploy the knife with fast one-handed speed, no separate stud or flipper ever needed. Blue G10 resists cracking and fading far better than basic plastic, and it gives this piece a distinctive look among the Native 5’s broader color and material lineup.

A lockback secures the blade open with a spine-mounted release, long considered one of the most trusted traditional locking mechanisms because of how much force it takes to fail. Made entirely in the USA with careful attention to fit and finish. That makes it the one to choose when you want Spyderco’s proprietary steel in a proven lockback platform. The Native 5 has remained one of Spyderco’s most respected lockback designs since its original release. Spyderco continues to offer the Native 5 across multiple handle colors and steel options for different buyers. Explore more Lockback Knives.
