Description

The Mastervolt PowerCombi 12V 2000W/100A combines a pure sine wave inverter, high-output battery charger, and automatic AC transfer switch in one low-profile unit. It is designed for boats, RVs, and specialty vehicles that need dependable 120V AC power away from shore while also requiring fast battery charging when external AC becomes available.

The inverter produces 2000 watts of pure sine wave AC output for sensitive electronics, appliances, and other onboard loads. Short-duration surge capability reaches approximately twice the continuous rating for up to three seconds, helping the unit handle startup loads from equipment that briefly draws more power than its normal running demand.

The integrated charger delivers up to 100A and supports multiple battery chemistries, including custom charge profiles for lithium-ion systems. On-site DIP-switch programming allows basic commissioning without specialized software, while optional accessories such as a battery-temperature sensor can improve charging accuracy as battery conditions change.

A built-in transfer switch automatically manages the transition between external AC and inverter operation. The PowerCombi can operate as an independent inverter/charger or be integrated into a MasterBus network with the appropriate interface for centralized monitoring and control. A remote display can also be added when local status and setup are needed away from the unit.
