The KB Knives Jarpen, designed by Kot Knives, is a compact folder built with everyday use in mind, but with materials that suggest it takes its job rather seriously.

The 6.0 cm drop point blade is made from CPM S90V stainless steel, vacuum and cryogenically treated to 60–62 HRC. Known for exceptional edge retention and wear resistance, it’s well suited to repetitive cutting tasks where you’d rather not reach for the sharpener too often. The hand-rubbed satin finish keeps things clean and practical, while the flat grind offers efficient slicing performance.

A blue anodised titanium handle keeps weight down while providing strength and corrosion resistance. The crossbar lock is ambidextrous and easy to operate, paired with phosphor bronze washers for a smooth, controlled action.
