The KB Knives El Dorado, designed by Derek Sharon, is a refined slipjoint that brings modern materials into a traditionally practical format. Compact and lightweight at just 86 g, with a non-locking, sub 3″ blade – it’s well suited to everyday carry with a nod to outdoor use.

The 7.5 cm clip point blade is crafted from M390 stainless steel, vacuum and cryogenically treated to 60–62 HRC. This delivers excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance, ideal for consistent daily use without constant upkeep. A silver bead blast finish keeps reflections low while giving the blade a clean, working look, and the flat grind ensures reliable slicing performance.

Titanium handles with flame anodising and subtle micro milling provide both grip and visual depth, while ceramic bearings add a notably smooth action.
