The C.E. Smith 80 Series 0 Degree Swivel Flush Mount Rod Holder is a stainless flush mount that holds the rod upright and lets the cup rotate, so you can follow a fish without taking the rod out of the holder.

The swivel base is specified for bent butt rod fishing and called out for tuna and other large fish, where turning the holder beats wrestling a loaded rod free. The swivel cup is cast stainless in one piece, and it turns on a precision-machined 1/2 inch pivot with fine threads.
