Blue Sea 8686 m-Series Dual Circuit Plus Panel

Description

The Blue Sea Systems 8686 Dual Circuit Plus is the m-Series two circuit battery management panel, part number 6011, with one 100A C-Series flat rocker breaker and two 15A push button thermal breakers. It handles main DC protection and high ampere load protection in a single unit on twin engine boats.

Engine and house circuits stay isolated so the banks discharge independently, with an emergency cross connect available if the start bank ends up flat. Separating the two also keeps electronics away from the voltage sags and spikes that cranking generates. The two push button breakers cover 24 hour circuits, the loads that need to stay live whether or not anyone is aboard.

Battery switch operation is simpler than a conventional 1-2-Both setup, and fitting an Automatic Charging Relay alongside it makes charging both banks automatic. The 4218 square format labels and 4140 24 hour round labels are included. See the rest of our marine electrical panels.
