BEP Marine Wireless Remote Control Kit for Switches

Description

The BEP Marine Wireless Remote Control Kit lets boat owners operate compatible motorized battery switches without opening hatches or reaching into the battery compartment. The system is designed for BEP 701-MD and 720-MDO switch families and provides wireless control from as far as approximately 250 feet under suitable conditions.

The receiver can control as many as four separate 5A circuits, so the system can be used for more than battery switching. Compatible low-current control circuits can include devices such as anchor lights, navigation lights, and courtesy lights, allowing several frequently used functions to be operated from the same handheld remote.

The key-fob remote uses a rolling code for security, reducing the chance that another transmitter will unintentionally operate the receiver. BEP supplies the kit with one receiver and two remotes, making it practical for owners who want a spare transmitter or access from more than one key set. For compatible installations, the wireless kit adds convenient dockside and onboard control without requiring another hard-wired switch location.
