Description

The BEP Marine Pro Installer Class T Fuse Holder is designed to provide high-capacity over-current protection for demanding onboard electronics such as inverters, battery chargers, and other heavy DC loads. Class T fuses are valued for their very fast response and extremely high interrupt capacity, making this holder appropriate for battery-fed circuits where a short circuit can release exceptionally high fault current.

The holder supports Class T fuses in the 450A to 600A range and includes two additional studs for flexible cable and distribution arrangements. BEP’s Pro Installer construction is intended to let the fuse operate at its full rated load while maintaining a secure, serviceable connection. Radiused ends improve routing options for large battery cables and help reduce tight bends around the fuse holder.

In addition to protecting connected equipment, the fuse holder helps protect heavy DC wiring from short-circuit damage. Its compact Pro Installer format makes it easier to incorporate high-current protection into a coordinated battery distribution layout.
