Description

The Whale Gulper 220 12V Grey Waste Water Pump handles shower waste including hair and gel, using Gulper valve technology to do it without a filter.

No filter is the claim worth understanding. A conventional waste pump needs a strainer that clogs with hair and has to be cleaned, whereas the virtually non-choke valves and large single diaphragm here are designed to pass that material through.

It moves up to 14 litres, or 3.7 US gallons, per minute, and will run dry without damage and pump a mixture of air and water, which is exactly what a shower sump delivers at the end of a cycle. Explore our full range of bilge and water pumps.
