The Vortex Diamondback 4-12×40 Riflescope with Dead-Hold BDC reticle allows for increased light transmission thanks to the multiple anti-reflective coatings on all air-to-glass surfaces. The 1-inch diameter, single-piece tube maximixes alignment for improved accurace and visual performance. Constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum, sealed with O-rings, and purged with Argon gas, the Diamondback Riflescope remains shockproof, waterproof and fogproof. A low-glare matte finish helps conceal the shooter’s posision and a Precision-Glide Erector System uses only the best components in the zoom lens mechanisms to ensure smooth magnification changes under the harshes conditions. Capped reset turrets alow re-indexing of the turret to zero after sighting in as well as provide external protection.
