Description

The Victron MultiPlus-II 48/3000 35-50 Inverter/Charger combines pure sine wave inversion, battery charging, AC transfer, and advanced source management for larger 48V energy systems. It is UL approved and designed for installations that need seamless coordination between batteries, shore power, generator power, and optional solar equipment.

PowerAssist helps keep a limited AC source from being overloaded by reducing charging demand first and then supplementing the source with battery power when connected loads require more energy. If incoming AC fails, the inverter takes over in less than 20 milliseconds so sensitive electronics can continue operating with minimal interruption.

The MultiPlus-II can serve as a key component in a Victron ESS installation and supports external current sensing for PowerControl, PowerAssist, and self-consumption optimization.
