Description

The Finch Knife Company Sugar House Syndicate Series is named after the sugar warehouses of Kansas City used by underworld crime organizations in the 1930s.

The Jackrabbit “Mint Cream” stands out with a resin handle swirled in shades of green and teal, laced with lighter cream tones and flecks of gold. The mix gives it a smooth and striking appearance while keeping the Syndicate edge. This version carries its own style, rounding out the lineup with colour and character.
