Description

The Finch Knife Company Sugar House Syndicate Series is named after the sugar warehouses of Kansas City used by underworld crime organizations in the 1930s.

The Jackrabbit “Jazz Stripes” carries a handle of carbon fiber that flows in a zebra stripe pattern, all in shades of black. The layered look shifts with the light, giving it a sense of depth and movement. A steel rabbit head inlay ties it back to the Syndicate name, a mark of identity on a knife built with quiet strength.
