Description

The Red Barnboard Jigged Bone edition of RoseCraft’s Appalachian Jack – a new-for-July-2026 dressing of a jack knife pattern that dates back nearly a century. Its signature feature remains the solid steel pry tip at the butt: prise lids, lift staples, save your edge. The 8.4cm clip point is Sandvik 14C28N stainless, a step up from the original D2 for corrosion resistance while keeping a fine, aggressive edge. The rich red jigged bone is dyed to highlight the natural texture, so each example is genuinely one of a kind, framed by brushed steel bolsters and nickel silver pins.

Traditional half-stop slipjoint action with excellent walk and talk. Designed by Andy Armstrong.
