Description

The Pacer 1-Inch Black Spiral Wrap protects marine wiring, cable insulation, hydraulic lines, pneumatic tubing, hoses, and other routed components from abrasion. Its spiral-cut design remains flexible around curves and lets individual wires or hoses break out of the bundle at virtually any point.

Installation spacing can be adjusted to suit the application. Butt the spiral edges closely together when maximum abrasion coverage is the priority, or leave a gap between turns when extra flexibility and easier bending are needed. The wrap can also help reduce kinking in tubing and keep mixed cable or hose runs organized.

The operating range is -40°C to 50°C and temperature ratings of 105°C dry, 75°C wet, and 60°C oil exposure. The 100-foot roll is useful for larger refits, harness protection, and repeated installations. There is more in our heat shrink & wire protection.
