Description

The Morakniv Amberg Compact takes the proven Swedish outdoor knife formula and trims it down for easier carrying. Made in Mora, Sweden, its 77mm blade uses Alleima 12C27 stainless steel, hardened to 56.5 HRC for a practical combination of corrosion resistance, toughness and straightforward sharpening.

At just 2mm thick, the blade uses a Scandi grind with a profile-ground edge, giving plenty of control for carving, preparing kindling and other detailed camp tasks. The ground spine will also strike a ferro rod.

A textured TPE handle provides useful grip in wet or cold conditions, with a narrowed front and spine ridges helping with finer work. The matching polypropylene sheath is symmetrical for right- or left-handed carry.

Compact, unfussy and distinctly Morakniv – an excellent choice for hiking, fishing, camping or simply keeping your outdoor kit light.
