Description

The Marinco PowerCord Plus shore power cordset combines marine-grade cable construction with connection features intended to make routine dockside hookup easier. Its flexible 10/3 cable is paired with molded grip ends designed for repeated handling, while the Contour Grip shape and Thumbprint Locator help the user line up the connector blades correctly before insertion.

A built-in LED power indicator provides a quick visual confirmation that shore power is present at the boat-side end of the cord. Marinco’s Easy Lock system secures the connector to a compatible inlet with a short one-eighth turn, creating a fast positive watertight connection without requiring the user to fully thread a conventional locking ring every time.

For broader compatibility, the cordset includes both the Easy Lock ring and a standard threaded ring, allowing it to connect to ordinary threaded marine inlets as well as compatible Marinco hardware. The long cable run provides useful reach at larger slips or where the marina pedestal is positioned farther from the vessel’s inlet.
