Description

The Maretron USB100 NMEA 2000 to USB Gateway Bridge lets navigation software running on an onboard computer keep working alongside a modern NMEA 2000 network, automatically converting incoming NMEA 2000 data into the NMEA 0183 sentences that older charting programs already expect.

The translation covers a broad set of readings, position, speed and course over ground, heading, rudder position, depth, boat speed, distance traveled, weather, and wind, essentially everything most charting software actually needs. Built and tested to IEC 60945 maritime navigation and radiocommunication standards, this gateway ships in a compact waterproof housing built for years of onboard use.
