Maretron Contura II Momentary On Switch Module

Description

The Maretron Contura II Momentary-On Switch Module provides a familiar rocker-style control for Maretron VMM-Series digital switching systems. All switch positions are configured for momentary operation, making the module useful for functions that require a brief command rather than a maintained On/Off state.

The VMM architecture allows low-current helm wiring to replace traditional high-current switch-panel harnesses, reducing wiring complexity and installation time while moving actual load switching to the networked control system. Blue LED feedback provides clear circuit-state information, and tactile and audible feedback helps the operator confirm each command.

The module communicates using the NMEA 2000 CAN protocol and is sealed to IP68 when the unused connector is properly plugged. Configurable horizontal or vertical mounting gives installers flexibility when laying out the helm or control panel.

The Contura II format also supports readily available aftermarket actuators for installations that need different legends or visual styles.
