The Jabsco 18590-2094 Self-Priming Sealed Macerator Pump is a high-performance solution designed for efficient marine waste evacuation, livewell drainage, and fluid transfer. Built for reliability in demanding environments, this 24V pump is ideal for emptying holding tanks, fish boxes, and onboard sanitation systems.

Featuring a self-priming capability up to 5 feet, this pump can quickly evacuate a 30-gallon holding tank in under 3 minutes, making it a powerful and time-saving addition to any vessel. 

Engineered with a fully sealed motor and heavy-duty chopper blade, the pump efficiently macerates waste and debris while preventing clogs. Its integrated run-dry protection system automatically shuts off the pump when no fluid is detected, helping prevent damage and extend service life. 

Designed for marine durability, the unit features corrosion-resistant materials and can be mounted in multiple orientations for flexible installation. It supports a wide range of applications including marine sanitation systems, fish box evacuation, and tank transfer operations.

• Run-Dry Protection: Equipped with a built-in device that senses the absence of fluid and automatically shuts off the pump before the impeller is damaged.

• Four-Bladed Chopper: Features a new stainless steel 4-blade cutter that reduces waste particles to a maximum size of 1/8″ (3mm) to prevent clogging in discharge lines.

• Self-Priming Capability: The pump is self-priming up to 5 feet (when wet), allowing for versatile mounting locations above the waterline or holding tank.

• High Flow Rate: Delivers a flow rate of 12 GPM (45 LPM), capable of emptying a typical 30-gallon holding tank in less than 3 minutes.

• Triple-Sealed Motor: The permanent magnet motor is fully enclosed with front and rear lip seals and a rubber grommet for the power wires to prevent internal corrosion.
