The First Watch FW-40PRO Ergo Auto Inflatable PFD builds a sailing harness right into the vest, with light web loops sewn in rather than bolted on, sharing the same core features as the FW-40PROA model but running automatic-only inflation, in Hi-Vis Orange & Black.

It’s USCG Commercial Type V and Recreational Type II approved, delivering over 40 lbs of buoyancy once it fires. A neoprene collar is shaped specifically not to rub against your neck, and a zippered closed-cell cover protects the internals. 3D foam-molded back lining adds comfort against the spine, and a 1-F single-point inflator status indicator lets you check readiness at a glance.
