Egis XD Series Dual Flex 2 ACR-Mechanical Switch

Description

The Egis XD Series Dual Flex 2 ACR-Mechanical Switch combines automatic charge sharing and high-current manual battery switching in one compact module. It is designed to replace two separate high-current relays, reducing installation space, external interconnect cables, and the number of terminals that can loosen under vibration.

The module operates from 8-36V DC and is rated for 500A continuous and 1500A cranking current. Sealed IP67/IP6K9K construction, stainless-steel cable studs, high-temperature materials, and large mounting holes support demanding marine and mobile installations.

The manual-control system clearly shows whether the relay is forced open or closed and allows the selected state to remain locked when needed. DIP-switch programming provides flexibility in how the ACR and mechanical-switch functions behave, while LED status indication helps confirm operating state at a glance. Low off-state current draw reduces parasitic battery drain when the system is idle.

The module can be expanded with compatible link and cross-link busbars for larger battery systems.
