Description

The Egis Triple XD Flex Programmable Relay with Knobs combines three programmable high-current relays in one compact module for 12V and 24V lithium battery systems. It is designed to replace several separate battery switches or charge-management relays with one coordinated assembly, helping reduce wiring, interconnect hardware, and mounting space.

In a typical lithium installation, the two outer relays can be configured as remote battery on/off switches while the center relay functions as an automatic charging relay. The relay behavior is programmable, and the available settings are optimized for lithium battery applications where charging control and battery isolation requirements differ from conventional lead-acid systems.

Manual control knobs provide a clear local override point for each relay, which is useful during service, troubleshooting, emergency operation, or commissioning. Consolidating three switching functions into one assembly also reduces the number of external high-current jumper cables and terminals that can loosen under vibration.
