Condor Pack Golok 1075 Carbon Steel Survival Knife

Description

The Condor Pack Golok has an 11-inch 1075 high carbon blade in Condor classic finish, full tang through brown hardwood handles, at 17 inches overall and a lanyard hole and a brown leather belt sheath.

The golok is a Southeast Asian pattern, and the weight sits forward toward the tip, so the blade drives into wood on impact rather than glancing off. It clears above its length for that reason. At 11 inches it is short for a clearing blade, which makes it controllable enough for camp work as well as brush.

1075 carbon steel takes repeated impact without chipping and sharpens back with a file rather than needing a stone. Hardwood scales over a full tang give a handle that warms in the hand and dampens some of the shock a chopping blade sends back. Explore more Survival and Bushcraft Knives.
