Civivi Baby Banter 2 TG Folding Knife

Description

The Civivi Baby Banter 2 TG is a compact everyday‑carry folder designed by Ben Petersen, featuring a 59.4 mm clip‑point blade forged from Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel, hardened to 58–60 HRC for a sharp, corrosion‑resistant edge suitable for daily tasks. The flat‑ground, satin finish blade glides through materials with minimal drag. Its deployment is handled via dual 6AL4V titanium thumb studs, feeding into an ultra‑smooth caged ceramic ball‑bearing pivot that delivers silky opening action. Blade lockup is secured with a robust crossbar lock, offering ambidextrous usability and trusted reliability.

The handle is crafted from milled green G10 scales over stainless liners, accented by red G10 back‑spacers, adding both style and grip‑enhancing texture. Integrated into the handle are discreet slots housing 1 steel tweezer on the presentation side and a toothpick on the lock side—a playful yet practical nod to extra utility. The deep‑carry Tip‑Up, reversible pocket clip allows both right‑ and left‑handed carry. Overall weight sits at 71.8 g, while the closed length of 80.5 mm and total length of 139.9 mm make it unobtrusive yet capable.
