Designed by German knifemaker Alex Kremer in collaboration with Daily Knives, the Böker Daily Knives AK1 is a compact fixed blade that strips away anything unnecessary and focuses on everyday cutting performance. Kremer’s Scandinavian-inspired design language is evident throughout, with clean lines, practical ergonomics and a size that disappears into daily carry without sacrificing capability. Handmade by Böker in Solingen, Germany, the AK1 pairs a 7.6cm drop point blade with a premium leather sheath for discreet belt carry.

The blade is crafted from CPM MagnaCut, one of the most sought-after modern stainless steels thanks to its excellent balance of edge retention, toughness and corrosion resistance. This version is fitted with striking Curly Birch scales, prized for their flame-like grain patterns that make every knife unique. The warm feel of the wood contrasts beautifully with the technical steel, creating a knife that is as enjoyable to carry as it is to use. Removable scales and Böker’s clever reversible lanyard fitting add a welcome touch of practicality to an already refined EDC package
