Description

The Ancor Red/Yellow 16/2 AWG Flat Safety Duplex Cable uses red and yellow Marine Grade conductors for clear positive and DC-negative identification. Both conductors are enclosed in one common jacket, simplifying longer DC cable runs aboard boats.

Type 3/Class K ultra-flexible tinned copper stranding helps resist corrosion, electrolysis, vibration, and repeated flexing. The outer white jacket is designed for easy stripping and strong abrasion resistance, while the flat profile keeps the paired conductors organized behind panels and along bulkheads.

The premium vinyl insulation remains flexible in extreme cold and resists salt water, battery acid, oil, gasoline, ultraviolet radiation, heat, and abrasion. It is rated for 600V, 105°C dry, and 75°C wet service, and the cable exceeds UL 1426 standards. This 250-foot spool is well suited to extended marine DC wiring projects.
