Ancor Red 6 AWG Battery Cable, 100-Foot Spool

Description

The Ancor Red 6 AWG Battery Cable provides marine-grade wiring for positive battery leads, charging circuits, inverter feeds, and power-distribution connections. Tinned copper stranding helps protect the conductor from corrosion and electrolysis in wet and saltwater environments.

Ultra-flexible Type 3 construction makes the cable easier to route through battery compartments and machinery spaces while helping it resist fatigue from vibration and repeated flexing. The premium vinyl insulation remains flexible in extreme cold and resists salt water, battery acid, oil, gasoline, ultraviolet exposure, heat, and abrasion.

The insulation is rated for 600V, 105°C dry, and 75°C wet service. Ancor states that the cable exceeds UL 1426, ABYC, and applicable US Coast Guard charter-boat standards.
